Lindy

Lindy first became interested in massage therapy when she was diagnosed with a degenerative disc disease. She learned to manage her pain by introducing regular stretching and massage into her self care routine and continues to be amazed by the many benefits of massage therapy. She is passionate about providing a client centered session that satisfies the clients wants and allows them to leave the table feeling rejuvenated. She offers a range of different modalities including Swedish, neuromuscular, and deep tissue and she is committed to constantly adding to her arsenal to better serve clients needs.
